Background

For Nicholas Trepanier, being in the real estate profession has always been his true passion. Nick bought his first investment property in 2007. Since then, he has established a successful property management company, managing his own real estate. Nick was a senior manager in the corporate world for over 17 years. During that time, he simultaneously bought, sold, and renovated properties. The success he has achieved in his own real estate ventures is something he would like his clients to experience as well. Nick's drive and excitement for real estate led him to pursue becoming a real estate sales agent. His goal is to help assist and guide his clients through the real estate process to ensure the best possible outcome. 

Achievement and Activities

Nick is a native to Southern Maine and a Navy Veteran, residing in Scarborough with his wife, Jessica, and their two daughters.  Nick enjoys all outdoor activities including hiking, skiing, snowmobiling, and boating.  His favorite pastimes are spending time on Sebago Lake and in Rangeley where he enjoys quality time with family and going on adventures.
