My experience with Thomas Gadbois was very enjoyable and very rewarding. I found him to be energetic, friendly, intuitive, with a genuine desire to listen to my wants and needs during the entire process of the sale of my home. My husband and I just recently purchased our first home with the help of Thomas Gadbois. We initially contacted Thomas about one of his listings and arranged for a showing. While we knew the house we looked at wasn't "the one" for us, we were so impressed with Thomas that we asked if he would still be our agent. That same day we found another home we were interested in seeing. Thomas set up a showing at 7pm that night and we decided to put in an offer. Instead of waiting until the morning, Thomas went straight to his office to prepare the paperwork at 9pm. He was extremely helpful in negotiating the best deal for us. We had lots of questions as this was our first time navigating the home buying process. We felt overwhelmed with the necessary repairs, but Thomas made arrangements for all of the work to be completed in a timely manner using the many contacts he has, including electrical and plumbing in our case. Thomas was very patient in our search for a new home and helped with our relocation to Maine. He assisted us with inspections while we still lived out of state, and made trips to the unit to keep us updated with pictures of the construction work.
